The Macon Touchdown Club, OrthoGeorgia Players of the Week, for the Week of August 30, 2024
OrthoGeorgia Back of the Week for August 30th: James Neville, Junior Quarterback, Westside High School. James completed 11 of 23 passes for 297 yards, 0 interceptions, and 5 TD’s. He also added 3 rushes for 22 yards. On the night he totaled 319 yds and 5 TD’s in his team’s 56-31 loss to Westover.
OrthoGeorgia Lineman of the Week for August 30th: Bryson Fletcher, Sophomore DL, Mount de Sales Academy. Bryson recorded 10 tackles, 5 sacks, 1 forced fumble, and a fumble recovery in his team’s 7-6 win over Calvary Christian.
OrthoGeorgia Special Teams Player of the Week for August 30th: Henry Carter, Junior Kicker, ACE. Henry went 6 for 6 on PAT’s, 5 touchbacks on Kickoffs, and added a 35-yard FG in his team’s 45-0 win over Jefferson County.
