OrthoGeorgia Back of the Week for September 6th: Steve Robinson, Senior QB, Southwest High School. Steve completed 7 of 16 passes for 208 yards, 2 TD’s, no interceptions. He also added 14 rushes for 180 yards and 2 TD’s, and converted 3-2-point conversions. On the night, Steve accounted for 388 all purpose yards and 4 TD’s, in his team’s 30-29 win over top ten ranked Bleckley County.

OrthoGeorgia Lineman of the Week for September 6th: Brooks Garner, Senior LB, Stratford Academy. Brooks tallied 9 solo, 8 assists and 1 tackles for loss, giving him 17 total tackles on the night, in his team’s 28-12 win over Wilkinson County.

OrthoGeorgia Lineman of the Week for September 6th: Marquis Hutchings, Senior DE, Southwest High School. Marquis totaled 15 tackles, including 5 tackles for loss and 2 QB sacks, in his team’s 30-29 win over top ten ranked Bleckley County.

OrthoGeorgia Back of the Week for August 30th: James Neville, Junior Quarterback, Westside High School. James completed 11 of 23 passes for 297 yards, 0 interceptions, and 5 TD’s. He also added 3 rushes for 22 yards. On the night he totaled 319 yds and 5 TD’s in his team’s 56-31 loss to Westover.

OrthoGeorgia Lineman of the Week for August 30th: Bryson Fletcher, Sophomore DL, Mount de Sales Academy. Bryson recorded 10 tackles, 5 sacks, 1 forced fumble, and a fumble recovery in his team’s 7-6 win over Calvary Christian.

OrthoGeorgia Special Teams Player of the Week for August 30th: Henry Carter, Junior Kicker, ACE. Henry went 6 for 6 on PAT’s, 5 touchbacks on Kickoffs, and added a 35-yard FG in his team’s 45-0 win over Jefferson County.

OrthoGeorgia Back of the Week: Devin Edmonds, Senior Quarterback, Jones County High School. Devin completed 16 of 21 passing attempts for 284 yards and 2 touchdowns. He also added 22 yards rushing giving him 306 all purpose yards on the night in his team’s 48-19 win over Woodland High.

OrthoGeorgia Lineman of the Week: Zantavious Towles, Senior Offensive Tackle, Northeast High School. Zantavious graded out at 87% from his tackle position and had 3 pancake blocks, while helping lead his team to a total of 328 yards rushing in in his team’s 36-14 win over Southwest High School.

OrthoGeorgia Special Teams Player of the Week: Stebin Horne, Senior Kicker, Stratford Academy. Stebin had a perfect night, going 9-9 for touchbacks on kickoffs, 6 for 6 on extra points, and adding field goals of 31 and 42 yards in his team’s 56-0 win over Calvary Christian.

OrthoGeorgia Back of the Week: Zavion Deshazier, Sophomore QB, Mount de Sales Academy. Zavion went 16-21 passing for 173 yards and 1 touchdown, and also adding 13 carries for 175 yards rushing and 4 touchdowns. On the night, Zavion totaled 348 all-purpose yards and 5 touchdowns in his team’s 40-27 win over Loganville Christian.

OrthoGeorgia Lineman of the Week: Daniel Hawk, Senior LB, Jones County High School. From his Linebacker position, Daniel accounted for 13 total tackles and a forced fumble that led to a touchdown. On the night, he played in 65 of 69 total defensive snaps in his team’s 41-26 win over Veterans High School.

OrthoGeorgia Special Teams Player of the Week: Jaivon Solomon, Senior WR/KR, Jones County High School. Jaivon returned 2 kickoffs for a total of 181 yards including one for a 94-yard touchdown. He also added 5 receptions for 71 yards and 2 touchdowns in his team’s 41-26 win over Veterans High
