Brian Bohannon speaker for September 20

Brian Bohannon boasts a sideline football coaching career that spans nearly twenty-five years as either an assistant or head coach. He joined Kennesaw State in March 2013 and turned Kennesaw State into the best five-year start-up program in college football history in 2019 with a 48-15 overall record, two Big South Conference championships, three straight appearances in the FCS Playoffs and four playoff victories. In addition to being a huge asset to Kennesaw State, he also has coached at GA Tech, Georgia Southern, Navy, West Georgia and at Gardner-Webb. Bohannon is a Griffin, Georgia native and four-year letter winner and standout wide receiver at UGA. He earned his bachelor’s degree in general business from UGA and a Master’s in Business Education from West Georgia.

Jeff Dantzler speaker for September 21

*Jeff Dantzler is an award-winning broadcaster and media personality who currently serves as the play-by-play voice of the University of Georgia baseball and women’s basketball programs.  Jeff also serves as host and analyst of the Georgia football pre and post-game shows as well as the Sunday morning recap show on the Bulldog Sports Network. On the SEC Network, Jeff has served as play-by-play for SEC basketball games as well as football, baseball, tennis, soccer, volleyball and swimming and diving.
Benefiting from his almost encyclopedic knowledge of sports, Dantzler is a frequent guest on national, regional and web-based broadcasts and co-hosts his own daily afternoon sports talk show on Sports Radio 960 the Ref. Dantzler also co-founded and served as sports editor for Bulldawg Illustrated magazine, as well as launched his own subscriber-based new media sports website Jeff Dantzler TV featuring weekly videos, podcasts and other features about a range of sports, historical and entertainment topics.
No stranger to big events, Dantzler has called three Final Fours, four College World Series, multiple SEC Championships and has also covered three Olympic Games (London, Sochi and Rio de Janeiro) for the Olympic Broadcasting Service, a worldwide network that distributes stories, highlights and interview to over 200 countries.
A sought-after public speaker, Dantzler recently became emcee of the annual University of Georgia Circle of Honor hall of fame ceremony.

   A Statesboro (GA) native, Dantzler graduated from Georgia with a degree in political science.  ​

The Macon Touchdown Club Middle Georgia Kick-off Classic will be held on Saturday, August 21st, at Mercer University’s Five Star Stadium. The first game starts at 4:00 p.m.

Game 2: Valdosta vs Warner Robins
